Mobile Creche
What do I get?
All you will need to do is book an additional suitable room at your venue, preferably near toilets, and we will transform it into a fully equipped play area, which is fun, stimulating and safe. The room will need to be available at least one hour before and after the event to allow time to set up and clear away.
The creche will be managed by a Creche Supervisor.
The safety of the children is one of our main priorities so we operate a signing in and out procedure together with the issuing of wristbands for each child.
We will run a creche to cover all or part of your event, a minimum of 4 hours.
A visit with the event organiser will take place in advance. This will enable us to understand what is required and to gain an understanding of the numbers and age ranges of the ‘Busy Kids’. We can then tailor each creche for all their needs.
A risk assessment will be carried out at the venue before the event. This is to ensure any additional safety equipment is taken by our team on the day to the venue. It is also important that the team are familiar with each of the venues different emergency procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for all of the children.
